What Happens In our Teen Acting Program?
The Next Act is a stage acting program for Brisbane students in Years Seven-Nine (Junior Ensemble) and Years Ten-Twelve (Senior Ensemble) that are interested in taking their stagecraft, performance skills, and playwrighting to the next level.
This program follows a term-based curriculum, with there being three performances a year—broken up into two productions and one creative development reading.
Working with experienced facilitators, this program is designed for Brisbane teen participants who are passionate about drama to take their skills to the next level, as well as provide a supportive, inclusive environment to foster creativity.
Note: As part of our curriculum, students work towards an end of semester showing in terms 2 and 4 at a local theatre venue.

Class Locations, Times and Costs
Important: All costs are based on an 9 week term, depending on the class venue. Class dates coinciding with public holidays will be made up in week ten. Pro rata rates are available for late starters.
